The Memorial Hospital at Craig offers Wellness Screenings all year long. The TMH wellness package includes blood draws, body fat and bone density scans and fitness testing.

To get started, you’ll need to make your Wellness Screening appointment by calling 970-826-3150.

You will need to schedule three appointments:

1. Blood Draw
2. Basic Spirometry
3. Fitness Testing, BioElectrical Impedance Analysis and review of results.

All appointments will be at The Memorial Hospital
