Financial Counseling
Patient Financial Services is excited to announce the addition of a full time Financial Counselor to our staff. Our Financial Counselor will be able to assist patients with applications for financial assistance and evaluate their eligibility for state-funded programs, including Colorado Indigent Care Program (CICP). The Financial Counselor will be available Monday – Friday to work with patients regarding accounts already due or to help patients plan for an upcoming procedure by sharing information on available payment options. The Financial Counselor will also assist patients in finding information on programs within the community other than health care coverage.

Payment Options
The Memorial Hospital at Craig has added an on- line bill payment option. Patients are able to access on-line bill paying from our website. We also have both short-term and long-term payment plans available. Contact the Business Office with any questions by calling (970) 826-3120.
