JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of occupational therapy services with a patient centered focus. Assumes responsibility for patient education. Collaborates with other professionals and members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Coordinates the delivery of patient care in an efficient cost effective manner.

STATUS:
Full time day shift (Monday – Friday).

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The position requires a full range of body motion and the ability to handle, lift and move patients frequently. The position requires standing for extensive periods of time and corrected vision to normal range. Requires mobility within the department and hospital departments. Requires working under stressful conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certifications:
o High School graduate or equivalent.
o BS or MS degree from accredited OT School required.
o Colorado State Licensure.

Experience Required:
o 2 years OT experience preferred.

Skills/Abilities:
o General knowledge of all Micro Soft Office products.

SALARY INFORMATION:

Base Rate: - $26.10 DOQ
