Our Commercial Kitchen is Open to the Public

The Memorial Hospital Community Kitchen is open! If you're looking for a commercial kitchen, and space for a special event, please contact our Executive Chef, Mark Stanczak, to find out about our upgraded facility open to the public! First-time renters will be required to complete a kitchen orientation prior to using the facility.

The Memorial Hospital Community Kitchen

Space available:

• 588 Square Feet Kitchen Space and 1088 Square Feet of Dining Room Space

Equipment available:

• Double convection

• Double oven – six burner – with griddle range

• 2 door fridge

• 1 door freezer

• 4 bin steam table

• 3 compartment sink

• 2 compartment sink

• Mop sink

• 2 – 8 foot work table

• 1 – 4 foot work table

• 1 – 8 foot wood table (non work surface)

Also provided: • Basic cleaning supplies • Sanitizer • Mop and floor chemicals • Mop Bucket • Broom and dust pan

Fee Schedule

$15/hour, 3 hour minimum; $15/hour, each additional hour; $150 refundable cleaning deposit

To reserve time at The Memorial Hospital Community Kitchen (TMHCK), call TMH Executive Chef, Mark Stanczak at 970-846-5669 or 970-826-3181, or email him at mark.stanczak@tmhcraig.org. First-time renters will be required to complete Kitchen Orientation with Mark prior to reserved time.

Arrangements to pick up and drop off the key to the kitchen will be made at the time of reservation.

If user exceeds the reserved amount of time, the overage will be deducted from the cleaning deposit at a rate of $15/hour.

Users will be required to clean the kitchen prior to departure. Prior to the return of the cleaning deposit, the kitchen will be inspected by a TMHCK representative.
