Position Purpose:
The In-patient Services Manager is responsible for the direction of patient care in the Nursing Department. The In-Patient Services Manager directs personnel and processes in Special Care Unit, Transitional Care.

Education/Certifications:
o Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
o Current licensure by the State of Colorado Board of Nursing or compact state as an RN.
o Current ACLS certification preferred or obtained at the next offering.
o Current NRP/PALS/STABLE certification preferred or obtained at the next offering.
o Current BLS certification required or obtained at the next offering.
o National certification preferred.
Experience Required
o Minimum of five years nursing experience required.
o Minimum of two years of management experience or demonstrated leadership skills.
Skills/Abilities
o Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
o Additional languages encouraged.
o Comprehensive computer knowledge.
o Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms.
